basic details about your device or the problem you need help with

I don’t collect more than I need, and I don’t use hidden tracking beyond what my website host uses to keep the site running.

How I use your information

I use your information to:

arrange and provide appointments

follow up on work I’ve done for you

keep simple records for tax and accounting

I don’t use your details for marketing unless you’ve clearly asked me to.

How your information is stored and shared

Your information may be stored in my email, calendar, or basic records. I keep it only for as long as it’s needed.

I don’t sell your information or pass it to marketers. I only share it if you ask me to, or if I’m legally required to.

When I’m working on your device, I don’t copy or keep your personal files or passwords.

Your rights

You can:

ask what information I hold about you

ask me to correct anything that’s wrong

ask me to delete information where the law allows

change your mind about being contacted
